Overview

The Digital Banking Specialist at Park State Bank plays a crucial role in supporting and administering the bank's consumer digital banking platform, focusing on the Banno Digital Platform. This position involves providing assistance to both employees and customers, ensuring a seamless digital banking experience while collaborating closely with various internal teams to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for digital banking services within the Banno platform
  • Provide support for login assistance, troubleshooting, and general navigation guidance
  • Resolve digital banking issues promptly and escalate as needed
  • Support digital banking adoption, onboarding, and customer education
  • Perform daily operational functions, including user maintenance and issue resolution
  • Monitor digital banking reports and conduct routine system maintenance
  • Assist in testing and rollout of digital banking updates and enhancements
  • Maintain documentation and assist in training development for digital banking products
  • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements
  • Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements

Required skills

  • 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Understanding of banking regulations and operational controls
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality management
  • Knowledge of fraud detection tools and banking security protocols
