Overview

The Digital Banking Specialist at Park State Bank will support the administration, maintenance, and daily operations of the bank's consumer digital banking platform, specifically the Banno Digital Platform. This position acts as a primary resource for both employees and customers, providing support for various digital banking services and ensuring an enhanced customer experience across online and mobile channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for digital banking products and services.
  • Provide support to employees and customers with digital banking needs.
  • Resolve digital banking issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Partner with teams to support digital banking adoption and education.
  • Perform daily operational functions within the Banno platform.
  • Monitor digital banking reports and conduct routine maintenance.
  • Support testing and implementation of digital banking updates.
  • Maintain digital banking procedures and training materials.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

  • 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems like Jack Henry SilverLake.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Understanding of banking regulations and operational controls.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
