Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Diesel Technician Apprentice in Beaver Creek, Minnesota. This role involves learning essential maintenance and repair skills in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service. The company is dedicated to training individuals who are mechanically inclined, even without prior professional experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers with roadside services
  • Perform preventative maintenance services
  • Learn electrical diagnostics and repairs
  • Conduct air conditioning and heating diagnostics and repairs
  • Execute wheel end assembly diagnostics and repairs
  • Carry out air system diagnostics and repairs
  • Perform air brakes diagnostics and repairs
  • Manage charging system diagnostics and repairs
  • Utilize basic computer diagnostics and auxiliary component replacement
  • Conduct parts lookup and acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
  • Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace
