Overview

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, where they will interact with customers and drivers while performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance. The role includes troubleshooting various mechanical issues and assisting customers with roadside services.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, and engine components
  • Assist customers with roadside services
  • Provide preventative maintenance services
  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures
  • Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night
  • Move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters
  • Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation
