Overview

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Diesel Technicians to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support and maintenance to ensure the satisfaction of customers and drivers. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues and offering preventative maintenance services while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components
  • Assist customers with roadside services
  • Provide preventative maintenance services
  • Lift and move 75+ pounds in close quarters
  • Work in various temperatures
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night
