Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator for Home Therapies at U.S. Renal Care will oversee the daily management and operations of assigned home dialysis programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and achieving patient care goals. This role is designed for individuals with a background as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Coordinator, and training will be provided for those transitioning from in-center roles. The administrator will drive program growth, manage resources, and lead quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth in alignment with company goals
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to enhance patient health and care continuity
  • Manage equipment tracking and retrieval
  • Educate patients on renal care options
  • Achieve financial targets, including budgets and cost management
  • Review incident reports and make recommendations for improvements
  • Promote quality management through staff and patient education
  • Lead QAPI meetings and improvement committees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Submit required records and reports concerning operational affairs
  • Coordinate staffing to meet patient needs
  • Maintain communication with physicians and the care team
  • Supervise documentation accuracy in Electronic Medical Records

Required skills

  • 1 year of previous dialysis management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Current RN license in applicable state with good standing
