Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator for Home Therapies at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the daily management and operation of assigned home dialysis programs. This role involves overseeing clinical and operational processes to improve patient health, achieving financial targets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position also encompasses leadership responsibilities and requires a Registered Nurse background, with training provided for those currently in In-Center roles or as Clinical Coordinators.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth in accordance with company goals
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Oversee equipment management, including tracking and retrieval
  • Conduct active Renal Care Options program to educate patients on modality options
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and supply costs
  • Lead quality management programs through staff and patient involvement
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Establish and maintain records and reports concerning staff and patients
  • Plan and approve effective staffing to meet patient needs
  • Monitor all contractual agreements with corporate oversight

Required skills

  • Registered Nurse license in applicable state
  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to meet state-specific hiring standards
