Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator for Home Therapies at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned home dialysis programs. This role includes ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing patient care, and achieving financial targets while promoting a culture of quality and safety in operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Oversee equipment management and patient education on modality options
  • Achieve financial targets related to budget and supply costs
  • Lead quality management programs and committees
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Supervise documentation of nursing services in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with Medical Director and physicians

Required skills

  • Nursing experience and current RN license
  • Experience in dialysis management preferred
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
