Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the daily management and operation of assigned home dialysis modality programs. This role involves ensuring program growth, compliance with regulations, and quality patient care while working in collaboration with other medical professionals and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Oversee clinical and operational processes to enhance patient health
  • Manage equipment tracking and retrieval
  • Educate patients on renal care options
  • Achieve financial and operational targets
  • Lead quality management programs and QAPI meetings
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage records and reports
  • Supervise staffing and ensure nursing support availability
  • Monitor contractual agreements and update as necessary

Required skills

  • Leadership skills and sound judgment in emergent situations
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Valid RN license and CPR certification
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements
