Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator for Home Therapies at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for managing the daily operations of the home dialysis program. This role includes oversight of clinical processes, staff management, patient care, and adherence to regulatory compliance, with a focus on quality improvement and program growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Oversee equipment management and patient education on modality options
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Review incident reports and lead QAPI meetings
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Establish and maintain records and reports regarding staff and patients
  • Supervise on-call nursing support for patients
  • Monitor contractual agreements and staff performance
  • Collaborate with Medical Director and physicians

Required skills

  • Leadership and sound judgment in emergent situations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of previous dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license and dependability for transport
  • Current RN license in applicable state with good standing
