Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator for Home Therapies at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned home dialysis programs. This role involves overseeing clinical and operational processes to enhance patient care and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, while also achieving financial and quality goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Oversee equipment management and tracking
  • Ensure patients are educated on all dialysis modality options
  • Achieve financial targets and manage budgetary costs
  • Lead quality management and QAPI meetings
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff
  • Oversee documentation of nursing services in EMR
  • Coordinate staffing to meet patient needs
  • Monitor contractual agreements

Required skills

  • Leadership and sound judgment

  • Previous dialysis management experience
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in USRC clinical applications
  • Valid RN license in applicable state
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
