Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator for Home Therapies at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the daily management and operation of assigned home dialysis programs. This role involves leadership in clinical and operational processes to enhance patient health and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates with a background as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Coordinator will be trained for this position, facilitating program growth and quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth in alignment with company goals
  • Oversee equipment management and patient education on modality options
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Supervise operational activities and maintain required records and reports
  • Coordinate staffing to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff and oversee patient assessments

Required skills

  • 1 year of previous dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
  • Current RN license in applicable state with minimum nursing experience
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
