Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned home dialysis programs within U.S. Renal Care. This role includes leadership, compliance with regulations, and ensuring quality patient care. The administrator will also oversee staffing, budgeting, and clinical processes while developing programs that align with company goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Oversee equipment management and ensure proper documentation
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and supply costs
  • Promote quality management programs and lead QAPI meetings
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff and oversee patient assessments
  • Supervise staffing and ensure patient access to nursing support
  • Monitor contractual agreements and update as needed

Required skills

  • 1 year of previous dialysis management experience (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license (for multiple program oversight)
