Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator for Home Therapies at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the daily management and operation of assigned home dialysis programs. This role will involve overseeing staff, implementing clinical and operational processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Oversee equipment management and tracking
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Manage the Renal Care Options program to educate patients on modality options
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and supply costs
  • Review incident reports and promote quality management programs
  • Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Establish and maintain required records and reports
  • Coordinate effective staffing to meet patient needs

Required skills

  • Leadership abilities and sound judgment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of previous dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
  • Valid driver's license for multiple program oversight
