Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the daily management and operation of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality patient care. This role involves coordinating patient scheduling, implementing clinical processes, managing the budget, and leading quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Review incident reports and promote quality management programs
  • Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Conduct staff training and development
  • Recruit, evaluate, and supervise personnel
  • Maintain positive relationships with medical staff, hospitals, and the community

Required skills

  • Leadership and management experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of dialysis management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
  • Current RN license and relevant nursing experience
