Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves leadership in program growth, staff coordination, patient scheduling, and quality improvement initiatives while reporting to regional operational management.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Review incident reports and participate in QAPI meetings
  • Coordinate functions of all departments and monitor patient care standards
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Conduct staff meetings and in-service education
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic personnel
  • Maintain relationships with medical professionals and community partners

Required skills

  • Healthcare management experience
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of dialysis management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
