Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the dialysis clinic in Fairmount, Georgia. This role includes ensuring financial targets are met, compliance with regulations, and improving patient care outcomes while leading staff development and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and cost management
  • Lead quality management programs and QAPI meetings
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Develop and follow Corrective Action Plans for surveys
  • Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel
  • Ensure facility maintenance and operational readiness
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies in compliance with laws

Required skills

  • Leadership experience in healthcare administration
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Registered Nurse license in applicable state
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
