Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of a dialysis clinic in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, improving patient care processes, and achieving financial targets while supervising staff and coordinating service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Review and act on incident reports
  • Promote quality management programs
  • Coordinate functions of all departments
  • Ensure clinic compliance with regulations
  • Conduct staff meetings and quality improvement programs
  • Supervise maintenance of equipment and supplies
  • Monitor contractual agreements and maintain relationships with medical partners
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff
