Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational management. The role involves planning and coordinating patient care, improving patient outcomes, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting staff development.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Lead quality management programs and QAPI meetings
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Coordinate functions of all departments and maintain documentation standards
  • Plan and approve staffing to meet patient needs
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and sanitary facility
  • Supervise maintenance of equipment and supplies
  • Maintain relationships with hospitals, agencies, and vendors
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance

Required skills

  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
