Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall management and operation of the clinic. This role involves overseeing patient care, staff coordination, financial targets, and compliance with regulations while ensuring quality management and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the clinic and report to regional management.
  • Develop processes for program growth and coordinate patient scheduling.
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to enhance patient health.
  • Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain records and reports concerning staff and patients.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel.
  • Promote effective relationships with medical staff and community partners.

Required skills

  • Experience in dialysis management preferred.
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Current RN license in applicable state.
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
