Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational management. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting quality patient care, fostering staff development, and managing the facility's financial targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Review incident reports and lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate functions of all departments and manage compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Conduct and participate in meetings with governing bodies and stakeholders
  • Supervise staff and oversee staff development and retention
  • Monitor contractual agreements and maintain relationships with local hospitals and agencies

Required skills

  • Leadership skills in a healthcare setting

  • 1 year of dialysis management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in USRC clinical applications
  • Current RN license and CPR certification
