Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, reporting to regional operational management. This role involves leading efforts for program growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing patient care services while achieving financial targets and promoting quality management.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and supply costs
  • Review incident reports and recommend actions
  • Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees
  • Coordinate the functions of all departments
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Conduct staff meetings and in-service education
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee equipment maintenance
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff and community
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic personnel
  • Evaluate performance and uphold management goals

  • Current RN license in applicable state
