Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of a clinic, reporting to regional operational management. This role involves developing growth processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing patient care services.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the dialysis clinic
  • Develop and implement growth processes aligned with company goals
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling and staffing
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient outcomes
  • Review incident reports and lead QAPI meetings
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
  • Oversee facility maintenance and equipment management
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff and community

Required skills

  • Leadership experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • CPR certification
