Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall daily management and operations of a clinic, reporting to regional operational management. The role encompasses ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting quality management, coordinating patient care, and overseeing staffing and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling and staffing levels
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and supply costs
  • Review incident reports and promote quality management programs
  • Coordinate functions of all departments and develop standards for patient care services
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and sanitary physical environment
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic personnel
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff and community agencies

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
