Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while focusing on patient care quality and operational efficiency. This role includes the supervision of staff, coordination of clinical processes, and achieving financial and health outcome targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the clinic and report to regional management.
  • Develop and implement processes for program growth.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing levels.
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health.
  • Review incident reports and promote quality management.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain certification.
  • Conduct staff meetings and in-service education.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring qualifications are met.
  • Monitor contractual agreements and maintain collaborations with medical professionals.

Required skills

  • RN license mandatory.
  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications.
