Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the daily management and operational oversight of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and promoting the quality of patient care. The role involves staff coordination, financial management, and program growth to meet company goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and costs
  • Review incident reports and lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with laws and regulations
  • Conduct staff training and development
  • Supervise the maintenance of equipment and supplies
  • Maintain relationships with medical and community partners
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment

Required skills

  • RN license required
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
