Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is tasked with managing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and achieving departmental goals. This role involves overseeing patient care, staff coordination, and fiscal management to enhance program growth and quality outcomes for patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling for effective staffing
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and expenditures
  • Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate functions of all departments and maintain patient care service standards
  • Ensure clinic compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and supply inventory
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff
  • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with local hospitals and agencies

Required skills
