Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator oversees the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulations and financial targets. This role involves managing patient care, staff development, and improving operational processes to enhance patient outcomes and promote growth in line with company goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling and effective staffing levels
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets regarding budget and costs
  • Review incident reports and promote quality management programs
  • Coordinate functions between departments to maintain patient care standards
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Conduct staff meetings and quality improvement programs
  • Monitor staffing and maintain safe and sanitary environment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with medical staff and the community
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic personnel

Required skills

  • Leadership and management experience

  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
