Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall management and operation of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and achieving financial targets. The role involves coordinating patient care, staff management, and promoting quality patient outcomes in line with company goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing levels
  • Review incident reports and take appropriate actions
  • Promote quality management programs with staff and patients
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Conduct meetings with governing bodies and manage staff education
  • Maintain accurate records and reports regarding patients and operations
  • Monitor equipment and supply compliance with laws
  • Maintain relationships with hospitals, agencies, and the community
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic personnel

Required skills

  • Leadership and sound judgment in emergent situations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of dialysis management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn clinical applications
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
