Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the daily management and operation of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting quality patient care. This role involves coordinating staffing, patient scheduling, and departmental functions, while achieving financial and quality targets set by the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Review incident reports and promote quality management programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Conduct and participate in meetings with governing bodies and staff
  • Recruit, train, and supervise all personnel
  • Monitor contractual agreements and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Continuously ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment

Required skills

  • RN license
  • Leadership experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
