Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall management and operation of the clinic, with a focus on program growth, compliance, and quality patient care. This role involves collaboration with medical staff, oversight of operational readiness, and ensuring a safe environment for staff and patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth and effective patient scheduling
  • Review incident reports and lead quality improvement committees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Coordinate departmental functions and maintain patient care standards
  • Monitor contractual agreements and maintain relationships with medical staff and the community
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic personnel
  • Hold staff meetings and in-service education monthly
  • Oversee maintenance of equipment and supplies for regulatory compliance

Required skills

  • Previous dialysis management experience (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
