Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall management and operation of a dialysis clinic. This role involves planning and coordinating patient scheduling, implementing clinical processes to improve patient health, reviewing incident reports, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and supply cost management
  • Review incident reports and make recommendations
  • Lead quality management programs and meetings
  • Coordinate functions of all departments and maintain patient care documentation
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Conduct and participate in meetings with governing bodies and staff
  • Supervise equipment maintenance and ensure sanitary conditions
  • Monitor contractual agreements and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with qualifications
