Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic. This role includes implementing processes for program growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff while achieving financial and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing levels
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Review incident reports and recommend actions
  • Promote and manage quality improvement programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conduct staff training and development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Monitor contractual agreements and maintain relationships with local healthcare organizations

Required skills

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
