Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the daily management and operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving company goals. This role involves leading quality improvement initiatives, managing staff, and ensuring effective patient care and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily management and operation of the clinic
  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and staffing levels
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and supply costs
  • Promote quality management programs and lead QAPI meetings
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Conduct staff meetings and assure educational opportunities
  • Supervise maintenance of equipment and supplies
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with medical staff and community
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate personnel

Required skills

  • RN license
  • Leadership experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
  • CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
