Job Description

Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the daily management and operations of the dialysis clinic in La Salle, Michigan. This role involves oversight of patient care, staff management, regulatory compliance, and financial targets while ensuring quality patient outcomes in accordance with company goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Improve clinical and operational processes
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Review incident reports and announce findings in QAPI meetings
  • Coordinate functions of all departments to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Conduct staff meetings and in-service education meetings monthly
  • Monitor operational readiness and safety of the facility
  • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise all personnel

Required skills

  • RN license
  • Leadership experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire
