Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving financial targets while promoting patient care. This position requires leading the team in quality improvement and effectively managing staff to provide high-quality services to patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets for budget, labor, and supply costs
  • Review incident reports and coordinate quality management programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Conduct meetings with governing bodies and staff
  • Maintain records and reports for staff, patients, and operations
  • Supervise equipment maintenance and inventory management
  • Recruit, train, and develop clinic personnel

Required skills
