Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for the daily management and operation of the clinic, focusing on patient care and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving program growth and quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage clinic operations and daily activities.
  • Develop and implement processes for program growth.
  • Plan and coordinate patient scheduling.
  • Review incident reports and promote quality management programs.
  • Lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans for surveys.
  • Supervise staff, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain relationships with healthcare partners and community agencies.
  • Monitor operational safety and inventory levels.

Required skills

  • Healthcare management experience
  • Dialysis management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance
  • Current RN license in applicable state
  • CPR certification
