Overview

The Dialysis Facility Administrator at U.S. Renal Care will oversee the daily management and operation of the clinic in Curtice, Ohio. This role involves ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, improving patient outcomes, and maintaining quality standards while fostering a collaborative environment amongst staff and healthcare partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes for program growth.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and effective staffing.
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health.
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and supply costs.
  • Lead quality management programs and QAPI meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Conduct staff meetings and in-service education.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise clinic personnel.
  • Maintain effective relationships within the community and with other healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and manage equipment and supply maintenance.

Required skills

  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • 1 year of previous dialysis management experience (preferred)
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Current RN license in applicable state (for certain qualifications)
  • CPR certification
