The Boeing Company is currently seeking DevSecOps Agile Leaders (Experienced and Senior) to join a proprietary Air Dominance program in Berkeley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The primary statement of work for this team is to ensure successful integration of various software products into a consistent DevSecOps framework. The individuals chosen for these roles will work to define metrics, agile processes, improvement opportunities, and serve as scrum masters within the organization. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with solution manager to define agile processes for DevSecOps teams Facilitate agile coaching, training, and metrics development Serve as a scrum mater to remove blockers, ensure team alignment, status the team's work, and provide Jira automation to improve processes Seek continuous improvement and hold teams accountable for meeting deliverables Drive agile execution across DevSecOps teams Mentor teams on agile best practices Work with internal and external customers to remove blockers and support efficient development of their products This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience leading Agile teams using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira 5+ years working in an engineering discipline Familiarity to DevSecOps practices 2+ years with scripting, automation, or software development Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment while supporting multiple concurrent activities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Mentorship/coaching abilities Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment while supporting multiple concurrent activities Experience in Defense/Aerospace Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Knowledge of networking principles Knowledge of required levels of rigor for safety-critical software Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
