Overview

NorthPoint Development LLC is looking for a Development Associate - Site Selection to join their team in Riverside, Missouri. This role involves conducting market analysis and coordinating with consultants for data center development, while supporting the company’s culture of collaboration and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and compile research for data center development
  • Assess feasibility and profitability of new development opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal and external consultants for development viability
  • Create presentations and reports to support development assumptions
  • Internally track new opportunities and market trends
  • Assist in initial site identification and underwriting
  • Ongoing research into the data center industry and best practices

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field
  • Experience in land sourcing, underwriting, or real estate development
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing trends and financial viability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who works independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant real estate software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
