Overview

The Desktop Support Technician at Barrister Global Services in Tempe, AZ, is responsible for managing incident resolution and providing technical support. Key responsibilities

  • Act as the central point of contact for escalating user inquiries

  • Oversee the rollout and maintenance of modern productivity software and operating environments
  • Provide technical support for Apple hardware and ensure performance parity
  • Manage the lifecycle of on-site hardware including assembly and peripherals
  • Implement health checks for hardware including updates and part replacements
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues and protocol errors
  • Support broader enterprise initiatives with IT fluency in backend technologies
  • Contribute to technology refreshes and office migrations in a team environment
