Job Description

Overview

Develop, maintain, and evolve Xe's visual identity, brand guidelines, and design systems to ensure consistency and quality at every brand interaction Engage with senior leadership to present design strategies, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities Use data, user research, and experimentation to validate design decisions and continuously refine the marketing design approach Balance creative ambition with commercial pragmatism, ensuring design work contributes to Xe's growth and profitability Drive innovation in marketing design, continuously exploring new ideas, tools, and processes that push the brand forward Act as the primary design partner between Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around a cohesive brand vision Define and champion the north star vision for Xe's marketing design across consumer and corporate audiences globally Facilitate creative workshops and ideation sessions that foster experimentation, research, and continuous learning across teams Lead, mentor, and grow a team of direct reports, cultivating a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven design culture Oversee all marketing design operations globally, managing internal designers, freelancers, contractors, and external creative agencies or studios Establish scalable workflows, processes, and standards that support a high volume of marketing design output without sacrificing quality of business objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs to craft design solutions that drive measurable value Solve complex, high-impact business problems through strategic and innovative design thinking This position has 2-3 direct reports. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication / Visual Design, Digital Design, Graphic Arts, Interaction Design (UI/UX), Multimedia Design or any related field of study and 2 Year(s) of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained. Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following: 1. Experience in a senior brand or marketing design role 2. Successful campaigns and brand systems across global or multi-market contexts 3. People management experience 4. Brand identity, visual storytelling, and design systems 5. Translating business strategy into compelling creative direction 6. Demonstrating how design decisions connect to commercial outcomes and communicating that connection to leadership 7. Presenting to and influencing senior executives 8. Simplifying complex ideas and navigating evolving requirements 9. Staying ahead of design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices 10. Managing external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers No travel required. Hybrid work environment with work from home (WFH) benefit available. Must be in office at least 3 days per week.
