Marvin is seeking experienced sales professionals for the role of Design Consultant/Sales, focusing on in-home consultations with homeowners. This role offers the opportunity to leverage the trusted Marvin brand to achieve high earnings through a consultative sales approach with pre-qualified leads, aiming for top performers to earn over $200K annually.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for consultations
  • Conduct in-home sales appointments and present tailored solutions
  • Build trust and uncover customer needs
  • Deliver clear proposals and close deals confidently
  • Generate referrals through strong customer relationships

Required skills

  • Sales experience preferred (in-home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales)
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
  • Drive to maximize income through performance
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
