Overview

ProTouch Staffing is looking for a full-time Dermatology Physician Assistant to join their expanding medical aesthetics team in North Richland Hills and Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate should have experience in aesthetic medicine, with a focus on cosmetic injectables, wellness services, and regenerative treatments within a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, and other dermal fillers.
  • Administer medical weight loss protocols and hormone replacement therapy, including pellet insertion.
  • Provide regenerative treatments such as PRP and stem cell therapies.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests.
  • Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations aligned with patient goals.
  • Provide preventive health guidance, including vitamin and supplement recommendations.
  • Educate patients on wellness, lifestyle optimization, and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
  • Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR.
  • Communicate with supervising physicians regarding patient care.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in emergency response protocols.

Required skills

  • Active, unrestricted PA license
  • 2-3 years experience in medical aesthetics preferred
  • Certification in cosmetic injectables
  • Active DEA and DPS licenses
  • Master's degree in a relevant healthcare field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Experience with hormone therapy and pellet insertion
  • Background in medical weight loss programs
  • Familiarity with regenerative medicine treatments
