Job Description

Overview

Columbia Healthcare is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Gadsden, AL. This full-time role involves treating primarily adult patients, with some pediatric cases, and requires a commitment to patient care and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide general dentistry services to adult and some pediatric patients
  • Manage patient records using electronic health record systems
  • Meet patient goals set by the Dental Director
  • Work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • See 20+ patients per day, including walk-ins and appointments

Required skills

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Eligibility for Alabama licensure
  • Active CSC and DEA licenses
  • CPR certification
  • Experience with electronic patient management systems, preferably Epic
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to obtain Medicare, BC, and Medicaid numbers
