Sage Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy practice in Daytona Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing multi-dentist practices and will be responsible for achieving operational and clinical performance goals while developing a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations, achieving Sage's performance goals
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing front and back-office team
  • Implement Sage policies, procedures, and operational best practices
  • Resolve patient and staff escalations promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with regional leadership on staffing, growth, and quality initiatives

Required skills

  • 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice
  • Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
