Nava Healthcare Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Director to lead their dental team in Crescent City, California. Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality general dental care to patients across all age groups.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care and positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to align dental services with organizational goals.
  • Oversee compliance with dental practice regulations and infection control standards.
  • Manage and optimize patient flow, scheduling, and productivity.
  • Foster a welcoming and compassionate patient experience.

Required skills

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active California dental license or eligibility for licensure
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to serving rural and underserved populations

What the company offers

  • Salary: $225,000 per year
  • Bonus: $25 per billable patient encounter
  • Relocation Assistance: $9,000
