Overview

MicroDental Laboratories is seeking a determined and well-organized Dental Customer Experience Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction and manage relationships within an assigned territory. This role involves collaborating with various teams to improve digital adoption while ensuring customer concerns are resolved effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Retain and increase orders from existing and potential customers
  • Enhance customer satisfaction with a focus on digital support
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Communicate potential customer-related activities and opportunities with supervisors
  • Utilize effective communication methods to inform customers of options and additives
  • Monitor market conditions and assess customer needs
  • Participate in laboratory-sponsored customer engagements and events

Required skills

  • Excellent computer knowledge and telephone skills
  • 3+ years previous experience in a dental profession preferred
  • Experience in sales or telephonic sales positions
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and assertiveness
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Hubspot preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
