Overview

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Delivery Trainer for their Rural Super Rural (RSR) organization in Frankfort, New York. This role involves mentoring and training Delivery Associates to ensure safe and efficient delivery practices as part of Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction. The Delivery Trainer will lead training sessions, conduct drive-alongs, and foster a culture of safety and performance excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 Delivery Associates.
  • Partner with Delivery Service Partners and management to coordinate training activities.
  • Maintain understanding of driver programs and training requirements.
  • Provide timely reporting on training completion and compliance.
  • Educate on driver safety and compliance standards.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback during training.
  • Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of home station.
  • Motivate and support Delivery Associates during training.

Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Valid and active driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience delivering training to groups and individuals
  • 2+ years of professional driving experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
