Overview

Ashley | The Wellsville Group is looking for a Delivery Driver in Horseheads, NY. The role involves transporting furniture and products from the distribution center to various showrooms while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage & handle furniture up to 100lbs
  • Help unload furniture from inbound trailers using RF scan gun
  • Pick product for showroom transfer
  • Load, deliver & unload product at showrooms
  • Assist with building/assembling products & placement of products in showrooms
  • Stand & walk for long periods in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery driver position
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving history
  • Ability to drive a non-CDL, 26' box truck
  • Physical strength to lift furniture up to 100lbs
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate
  • DOT Medical Card (preferred)
